  The seller is so good that his product is as good as new one and sold as according to his description, the package arrived in perfect condition and safely arrived on exact period. The packing is very good, and the value of his product is reasonable price. I will buy from him again. I would like to advise you that please choose DHL, which is better than UPS, I think so.

  Good surplus price. New made in 2012. Shipping can be cheaper and faster if use USPS to Canada instead of eBay's DHL.

  Seller described item as cosmetically excellent, but one of the lenses arrived in bad shape. Unfortunately, no returns. However, I reached out to seller, explained situation, and they graciously sent a replacement in cosmetically excellent condition. Their communication was fast and courteous, and in the end I am pleased and had a positive experience. Based on their service, I would buy from them again, and recommend them.

  I have had the item for several weeks now, putting it through all the motions. I am pleased with it. It performs as expected, similar to my other 4 MindRay machines (though this is the first used one I have bought). I have zero complaints and recommend this seller. I will be back to look at more inventory very soon. Shipping was fast and as expected for valuable medical equipment. THANK YOU!
