  Can't recommend this seller enough. USPS had internal issues with their process that delayed the shipment by quite a few days. The seller was communicative and willing to help with a return if I wanted it. Glad we waited as the item was as described and packaged well. Great item and a great price. Would 100% buy from this seller again.

  The seller realized that the navy blue fleece jacket I ordered had been sold on another platform. They quickly refunded me and admitted that they didn't realize the item was already sold. I appreciate that they quickly realized the error, apologized, and refunded me. I value a good seller, and this is a good seller despite the error.

  I love these pants! They fit perfect. The color is even better that pictured. I was a little hesitant about buying a used pair of Bonobos but your descriptions were on point! The packaging was very nice and I was happy it arrived earlier than expected. Comparing to a new pair of Bonobos, the price was fantastic! Keagan's Collection is now a Saved Seller!!!
