    My experience with this seller was excellent: the product was 'as described', it was received when expected and the seller was in communication with me (their choice) to let me know where the product was at from the minute I ordered it until it arrived at my door. I will buy from them again!

    Product received in good order. The first one that was sent was wrapped in plastic (no box) and the hose, usb cable, manual, and accessories packet were missing. I sent the seller an email and he quickly sent another unit in a box complete with all parts included.

    The item is exactly as expected. I asked why it arrived via Amazon and seller explained they do use Amazon for shipping. I have shifted buying direct and via Ebay to avoid Amazon, so though I appreciated the response and explanation, its important to me to know where my money goes these days. I will not use Amazon so I now write a message to the seller before buying to assure I am not inadvertently supporting Amazon.

    I TOTALLY recommend this Seller, they were quick to respond with a message, letting me know they received my order with an estimated shipping time,… WHICH, I received within 18 hours, I received the item, even before I received an updated estimated delivery date from EBay !! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s !!!!!!!!!! 👍🏼
