  Had a minor issue with shipping but after contacting seller, they were prompt on fixing the issue. Product was as described but does not look new. The pictures don’t show the dents and scratches as well. That is a drop ship issue. Not so much seller. As soon as I put the item to use ,I will know the quality. I give 5 stars because of the seller and their quick response and willingness to be on top of any issues. I would buy from again for sure. Fast ship time and response time. Legit seller

  This is a top notch eBay seller, I ordered the wrong thing, my granddaughter at 5 was all in to opening everything. Before I knew what she was doing she’d taken the spool I’d set aside and removed the shirk wrapped plastic from around the spool. I contacted seller not expecting them to accept the item back. They accepted the return of on their dime and refunded my money the day before they receiveds the returned item according to my tracking. The kind I of seller that restores my faith in people

  I was not satisfied with my purchase and the seller immediately initiated a refund. The seller also helped with the return process. Prompted service from the seller. It is unfortunate with the item, but the seller is A+. Suggestion for the seller is to either provide an accurate picture of the item being sold or a clear description.
