  Shipping was great, being that fed ex lost it,but it got here on time, the packaging was keep in perfect condition! Also the juicy couture make up bag was as Described and even prettier in person! Definitely 👍 worth the value!! Will be ordering from here again, ive got quite a few things from this shop, and Carrie is so sweet,she has great communication skills 👏!!   Items were new, as described and shipped out right away. Unfortunately, more packaging was needed in the box to cushion from bumps & shocks along the way, as one item arrived totally smashed inside its wrapping. Although sad and short a gift for the upcoming birthday, I was promptly refunded upon submission of photos.

  Although the item arrived broken. The seller refunded my money and apologized for the damage. The carrier was made aware of the damages as well. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
