KC Hire was established in 1991 by Kevin down in Kilmorey Street. As the business grew bigger we moved to Greenbank and finally to our destination now, Flagstaff Road. We having been serving the needs of those in the local area and wider afield for over 26 years. Over the years we gained knowledge and experience in this ever-changing environment. We cater for all types of customers, from a D.I.Y enthusiast, to experienced builders, and from factories to farms.

Contacted the seller after 17 March to be told that it was lost in the delivery system. Eventually was offered a replacement to be sent out, no item arrived. Chased the position of the replacement but no response. In conclusion, I understand that Royal Mail are not the most reliable, but to wait 48 hours for a response to every message and then no replacement and now no reply is really not acceptable.

I contacted the seller re the delivery problems and they responded they however have not responded on the above.
