  Ordered the item 13 March 2025, with expected delivery date 15-17 March. Contacted the seller after 17 March to be told that it was lost in the delivery system. Eventually was offered a replacement to be sent out, no item arrived. Chased the position of the replacement but no response. In conclusion, I understand that Royal Mail are not the most reliable, but to wait 48 hours for a response to every message and then no replacement and now no reply is really not acceptable.

  This item is shown in the original listing next to a Briggs’s & Stratton sealed bag, when it eventually arrived (it took over a week) the items were loose and contained in a flimsy envelope, absolutely no indication that they were genuine parts and certainly not in a B & S bag as advertised, I suspect that they are not genuine parts, why else send them as loose items. I contacted the seller re the delivery problems and they responded they however have not responded on the above.
