  Product was in perfect condition just as described, the seller was incredibly response and willing to negotiate which was great. We were able to get to a very fair price that was within my budget. The item was a center seat for a 2023 kia carnival and it was brand new with no cosmetic or mechanical issues and it fits and works as expected in my car! The shipment arrived in a nice box and was packed well, so no damage occurred. I would highly recommend this seller!

  The listing stated that the box was ripped but the controller was fine. However, the controller arrived damaged. The seller promptly refunded me. I would recommend this seller. The seller probably didn’t know the controller was damaged. It wasn’t shipping damage because the piece of it was not in the box. Either way the seller was quick to respond and fix the issue. Appreciated!

  Tees came as advertised, brand new in an unopened bag. Seller shipped fast and I received my tees quickly. Packaging was more than adequate, nothing was broken or chipped.
