  The main item was 100% just like described, but the listing talked about a bag. I assumed the bag had the remainder of parts like the chain that is included with other bare tools. So for the saw missing the chain I gave the seller four stars. I sent message the seller a message about two weeks ago with no response yet. The shipping box was strong, but saw was not well protected inside. The tool is very sturdy and showed no signs of damage.

  Just what I ordered. Couldn't help but play with the new tool "testing things". Even used it to test out an AC unit. It was new just like the idea was described. Packaging was in good shape with great shipping time as well. It was even a day ahead of what fedex stated. Great find and great price.

  The shipping was fast, packaging was very good, the item appears brand new as described. I've only used it once and so far I'm satisfied with the product. Everything was as described at a fair price. I'll have to use it a few more times but 1st impressions were pretty good.
