    Very quick shipping, product arrived in great condition. Seller has very timely and kind communication. Product was new in the box and arrived with all the necessary parts to help it function properly. They absolutely do test the products because this shows some signs of testing but I spoke with the seller about it and there are no concerns. Great value for the product. Friendly seller, would seek out products from them in the future. Highly recommend!!

    This seller sold me this item at a great price and in great condition. He sent it across the entire US to me and FedEx seemed to lose it when it was only an hour and a half away from me. Seller was quick and eager to refund me, though. I was very pleased with this seller.

    Shipping box was damaged in shipment. Both filters were split on their longest side matching the damaged packaging but with some "Midwestern engineering" and some packing tape, the filters are usable. Not requesting any refunds or compensation but you will want to "double pack" the filters to protect them as any exterior box damage will be translated into the filters themselves. I've ordered from FiltersFast and Atomic Filters in the past and experienced the same issue. Pictures available.
