  I love these platters! I have been looking for these particular platters as I love the white woodland Temp-tations bakeware. Shipping and packaging was great! It was really packaged with care and marked very well since it is a fragile item and arrived safely. The platters are in perfect condition and exactly as described in the description posted. The price I paid was perfect for the value of the two items. I couldn't be happier! I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  The condition of the vintage item exceeded my expectations. Shipping price was fair and the item was quickly received and undamaged. The item was packaged in a generous amount of packing paper that it was padded throughout the box. The seller was nice to note that she had some other pieces from the pattern I'm looking for.   Always a risk when you buy a breakable item. The packaging was awesome, loads of bubble and paper stuffing but one of the mugs was cracked quite a bit. Could have been prior to shipping that the seller didn’t notice as I can’t imagine how it would have been broken in the shipping it was wrapped so well. She promptly provided a refund.

  Thank you for your business. I do take pride in my business and satisfying my customers. As far as the crack in the mug goes, I reviewed the photos originally posted and still could not see any cracks in the mugs. Maybe a hairline crack was present before shipment and during shipment when box may have been bounced around/thrown could have made it worse-I don't really know, but I'm glad I was able to satisfy you with the partial refund.
