  Initial acknowledgment from ebay stated no tracking provided and no conformation on shipment, 3 days later after contacting seller I receive a message stating a problem with warehouse, coincidently in that message the seller stated the purchase was shipping which is suspicious. Tracking was then listed and package received however the instruction manual shows a plastic case which should have been part of this purchase. I believe this is a previous returned item or factory discounted item.

  Item as described and pictured. Excellent customer service! Seller went above & beyond to re-send a special child present before Christmas after carrier delivered to wrong address & carrier was no help. Excellent seller, great communication and superior service!!!

  I'll say "positive" because the seller responded quickly with a refund, when I noticed it still hadn't shipped after a week. Probably just an innocent oversight, but I had already made an alternate purchase as I needed it in a hurry. But like I said, the seller was responsive and cooperative.
