  The unit was shipped rapidly and arrived in an extremely well-secured box. With my order, there were issues regarding shipping (on myself and the courier, not the seller), but Katiil3 was prompt with communication and assisted me in resolving the issue as best as they could. Katiil3's account, however, does not indicate which service they use for shipping. This is why I had issues as my package was sent via UPS to a Canada Post PO box, which they cannot access.

  Interaction with the seller was good. They were responsive and provided teh information we requested. The units were used but in the condition the seller described so no surprises (therefore I marked a s good condition). The shipment from Israel worried me a lot, but it got here sooner than was estimated. So, all good.

  Seller tried hard, item was ruined but it wasn't their fault, was well packaged. It was just as described but the shipping company got it wet.

  Camera arrived on time. Was packed very well. It was as described. We have not carried out a full technical assessment of the camera to see if it is in full working order. But, if it is, it was good value for money.
