  I am absolutely delighted with my items. The seller couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my purchases. Communication throughout the process.   Firstly item arrived on time, packaged really well no issues. But unfortunately the item arrived broken. I contacted seller and they unreasonable not wanting to resolve the issue and kindly send another out or refund. They only do so if items returned. As a business owner myself to get more customers is to solve the issues . Please do not purchase from this seller as if you have any issues they will NOT resolve the issue

  Delighted with the candle, beautiful and exquisitely made, and with the service. This was a condolence gift and I asked that the invoice wasn't included and if a little note, with some words of support, could be put with the candle. My friend really appreciated the candle, saying it was beautiful, well packed, arriving in perfect condition. I cannot thank the seller enough. Highly recommended.

  In the picture it's looks big , it arrived today it's so tiny and cute , this is so well made by the seller, and was packed so carefully so it wouldn't break which I was very pleased about, this has been put back for my best friend for Christmas, would definitely recommend this seller to anyone, even has a tiny little love heart on a string saying made with love , thank you seller for such a beautiful angel, will definitely buy from you again,
