I also ordered 4 AAA batteries for my wireless Panasonic landline phone before I discovered the necessary charger. I contacted the seller and he immediately agreed to take back the loose batteries. I labeled the unopened package: Refuse, and sent them back to the seller. am very pleased with the fast shipping and the fair price. The seller should indicate that the charger has a USB port.
