    Seller contacted me and resolved the issue. In hindsight I should have contacted the seller first. There was a slight and understandable mixup in the description and the seller quickly made this right. I will say after the communication I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Thank you Eric.

    Took 2 days to ship product. 1 week total from order to receive. Product was not as described. Packaging was opened prior to shipping and had missing pieces from the box, product was advertised as new. Seller did offer to return product for refund. Wasn’t able to return due to needing the product.

    New genuine product was shipped on time, complete and as-shown. The K&N decal and oil vial were not indicated as being included and were not shown, so we should have listed as 'New Open Box.' When this was brought to our attention we offered a full refund and provided a return label. Buyer held the item 9 days then indicated they preferred to keep it and leave negative feedback. ::: If there is an issue with your order please contact us! If we've made a mistake we always work to correct it.

    Packaging was fantastic and protected the item shipped so no damage at all . Item was as described and in excellent condition. Shipping was slow but had nothing to do with the seller. The seller sent the item in a timely manner
