  Exceptional service, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, I didn't realise this, when I queried why they had sent the wrong size, they explained I had ordered wrongly. They have kindly send me a replacement of the right size. So can't thank them enough.

  Contacted Karen1023 hoping they could help bring my proflex 955 back to life with rear suspension elastomers. They didn’t specify elastomers for my model, but engineered a set to the exact specification, delivered them the following day. I inadvertently purchased two sets and they informed me I only needed one set. The store servicing my bike misplaced the elastomers and Karen1023, quickly engineered a second set, and yes arrived the following day. 5*service, product quality and honesty to boot
