  The futon mattress arrived in excellent condition thanks to the good packaging. After placing the mattress on the bed, I tried it out. Exceeded my expectations for comfort. It was firm, which I prefer, but not so firm that others would find it uncomfortable (in my opinion). The forest green goes well with the lime green walls. The stitching and overall appearance are good. I believe the mattress was not overly priced, and couple that with the product quality, free, excellent shopping experience.

  Holiday delays happen and it did ! E Bay computer about to blow up for a feed back before it was delivered, Great item. Great Price Fed Ex stopped and left and returned and delivered ONE. Tracking shows the other out for delivery. He may be back. LOL Great Communication with Seller. I emailed about this order and had a reply the same day!..... Visit his store.

  Was left at the wrong address. Four doors down but not a problem my neighbor was very courteous. Other than that was exactly what I was expecting. Great 12 inch futon. Very pleased, thank you.
