  The wreath in the photo is stunning. Unfortunately the wreath I received had a lot of pieces broken off and the box it came in was squashed. It took sometime to get to me. communication with the seller was excellent. I sent multiple messages and every one was answered. They addressed all my concerns immediately. The seller did refund the full cost of this wreath, which I had purchased. Unfortunately I believe it was the shipping company's fault, not the seller.
