  This is a very honest seller, really sticks by their sold items. I had a situation where I purchased an item that was not working due it being damaged. They were honest, polite, professional and quick to find an amenable solution. Never had this great an experience, dealing with an issue before. I think this is the key to being a great seller.   I ordered 2X MD1200s which arrived in good condition. Shipping was quite a bit more expensive than other sellers, and they didn't immediately send me shipping info when they sent it. I reached out and was given a generic answer, and on day five I reached out again and found that they had sent it out two days after I ordered but just hadn't updated me. That said, the item is fully functioning so far and I'm happy with the purchase.
