For now I can only verify that I received the wheels VERY fast. Great communication and response. As far as the quality...the wheels are used but appear to be in very good shape, as they were re-sprayed, which didn't really matter because I had them powder-coated. The only thing left to do is have some tires put on them and see if they're "true", which I expect them to be based on my satisfaction with KMS thus far.
