At the time of purchase it said the item would be shipping domestically, but once the order was placed and tracking provided it showed the item shipped from china. Contacted seller as the shipping updates stopped part way through. Good communication from seller. They offered to refund if it did not arrive or provide a partial refund due to the delay, which they honored quickly, once it eventually arrived 24 days later.

  My order of the milk carton arrived broken (the top and thinnest part of the milk carton had broken off during shipping). After sending some photos of the unit the seller send a replacement unit that same day! Great service and the deck box looks great!
