    I ordered a vintage Barbie, new in box. The box that the Barbie is in arrived damaged because the seller sent it a ploy bag instead of a box to protect it. When I messaged the seller about the issue they said that is was packaged “very well with bubble wrap” however the only thing that has in the poly bag was the Barbie and a clear plastic bag. I sent them a picture of how it was packaged and they asked where the damaged was. So I sent them photos of the damaged and they never replied.
