  Not as described Item only had 10 not 12 - Most likely a manufacturer's issue where the job bought by seller has 2 pencils missing in all of them (the colours missing from mine were 057 and 058) Unfortunate but still a great price for 10 lipliners. Contacted seller and they refunded me the price of the 2 pencils, and I also advised them to change listing details to state there are only 10 and photoshop out the missing colours, as well as check all futures orders before sending to others.

  Arrived fairly quickly, well packed, and as described. I will be using these for a 1940's event so quality, value, and appearance is fine for this purpose. Great summer hats as they are light and fit well. - Great seller = A+++++

  For something that travelled from very far away, this arrived very quickly and accurately. It works very well too. It doesn't look exactly like the photo but it works so it's fine. Pleased with my experience and with the seller. Thank you.
