  Excellent experience; shipped in a timely manner and above and beyond packaging. I have ordered this item three times from two different supliers. The first supplier poor packaging, and I recieved the order broken two times in a row. The second supplier, said the item was in stock, however, weeks later they had to refund my money because the item was not in stock.

  There was an issue where Ebay did not display the fact that the store was closed for several days delaying shipping. I let the seller know that I was expecting sooner arrival but because of Ebay's mistake the actual arrival date was not listed. I requested a cancellation since he was not going to be able to ship for at least 2 more days putting delivery beyond what I needed. Will definitely check here first for my next part.

  Best price by far for this item. Checking part numbers is a must when ordering parts for your softener. Be aware there are different size rotors. Well packed and arrived in great shape. Good eBay seller. A+
