  Seller shipped very quickly and the pack I purchased was in very good shape as described. One snap for the quick release system is broken, but it doesn't affect usage at all, and the pack was in service so little things like this are to be expected. Minor issue and does not impact how satisfied I am with the seller or the item at all. :) Took my first hike with the pack the day after I got it. Super pleased! Looking forward to doing more with this rig!!

  Seller was terrific with the sale of the Granite Gear Chief Patrol Pack. Item was packaged well and received expediently. Seller kept me informed with shipping process. Ran into a random concern, but the seller was able to make the necessary corrections to make better the situation. I definitely recommend this merchant.   Really good seller, the item I got was well used as advertised but still in very usage condition. They shipped the backpack fast. I had it in two days, impressive. Will order from again.

  Pack arrived in great shape, though dirty. Waist packs were very dirty, and one was missing a buckle. No sweat, as the price was a deal for the pack alone. Very quick ship. Great communication. Great seller!

  Item was exactly as described, used with stains and some signs of wear. But that was to be expected, only issue was one E-tool pouch buckle was broken, talked with seller and sent a replacement. Overall a must buy if looking for high quality army equipment. Seller was great to work with, had a discount and I got a great deal. 10/10 will always be my go too when looking for surplus needs at a reasonable cost. (Pics below include broken e-tool pouch and then the new one they sent to replace)
