  Items were packed securely and delivered unbroken. Only issue was that items were not shipped in a timely manner. It was in excess of ten days from when shipping label was created and when package was shipped. Item was purchased March 16th. Label printed March 18th. Was not shipped until March 29th.

  The seller sent a different item than what I ordered. I contacted the seller was told to keep what was mistakenly sent and the correct items would be sent. I have not received the correct items yet but I am confident I will.

  Item arrived when expected in good condition. It was well packed. Communication with the seller was good. My only quibble is that the item was described as “brilliant cut glass” and as best I can tell, given the seams in the piece and smoothness of the design, it is instead merely pressed glass. Given the price I thought that might be the case.
