    This seller is top notch! This canner was listed as just a few scratches. No original box but when I got it, it was dented in the front leaving a gap behind the control panel so it wouldn’t pressurize. I sent pictures and within a few hours I got my full refund posted to my bank. Now that is great customer service. He said it left him not dented. So I blame UPS for the damage. I will list him as a favorite seller as he’s true to his word. Sad it’s going to the dump.

    Honest seller! Will definitely buy from again in the future. These are the sellers I love buying from as soon as you hit buy something they send it out immediately with a tracking number and no questions are having to be asked and it's great to have that common courtesy, respect between the seller, buyer.     Item was defective when I used it. Seller refunded my money in full; no questions asked. Everybody says they offer good service until something goes wrong. It's the exceptional Seller that really offers great service when something goes wrong. This Seller falls into the Exceptional Seller catagory!!!
