  These sandals were bought on 05.07.25 and the seller did not send for a further 3-4 days. The package took a total of 13 days to arrive via Royal Mail 48hr and I had to send a refund request before the seller responded to my messages! 🙄😏 The sandals are as described, fortunately! Apalling service and have since discoverd the seller is charging at least £20 extra for postage and the price of goods compared to elsewhere!! 😠

  Received eventually, took over a week to post. Did not reply to 2 emails I sent. Did not match EBay photo, picture was of black shoes but navy shoes were received

  Item came 10 days late no communication from seller Incorrect item supplied ,contacted seller ,told they were looking into it told maybe they were out of stock so just sent some random pair ( 1/3 of price of originals 4 days later contacted seller again,no contact/update,shocking customer service would never buy off this company again

  No response at all to my questions! 2nd Class Postage was a bit meaty too considering the delivery speed and item cost along with the lack of Customer Communications, So NO STARS THERE, but my Queen Bee's Happy with em....So, after all said and done.... I'm Happy too!.... Buck up on your customer relations 'justtrainer', cz decent Customer Relations would improve what people seem to think of you Big Time!

  Excellent quality. Great service, tracking not brilliant, but delivery didn’t take anywhere near as long as stated on original tracking! (Post office original said it would be 8 days after receipt of parcel. however it arrived two days later!
