    Item as described, in a really nice presentation box. Vase is lovely, so very pleased. Only downside was delivery, which was not seller's fault. I opted to collect item at a pick up point. I never received a collection code, and tracking never showed as item ready to collect. I had to make my own enquiries and contact the delivery office to find out where my item was. Turned out it was at my collection point, but I never received any advice. Might have been better getting it delivered to home!

    A good price for these mugs . Had a problem with 2 mugs . I contacted the seller they fell over back wards to resolve the problem . By the next day 2 more cups were delivered out to me . . Great customer service .
