    Item was not as described so I was therefore fooled into buying it by mistake. Seller was comfortable denying a return for an item they misrepresented in their ad. Poor communicator as well. Terrible seller.

    Unfortunately the customer did not read the terms of sale and was denied a return. Life safety ropes are non-returnable for the safety of the end user. While regrettable, I stand by my decision and respect the reviewers experience and right to share.
