    Ordered 2 kids watches and later received a notification from the seller that the colours I ordered were sold out. They offered to send me alternative colours and other watch designs to choose from. I chose new watches from the list shared and they were delivered promptly and were of great quality. I’ve only just realised they also cost more than my original order however the seller didn’t charge me the price difference. Thanks again, Great customer service and excellent communication!!!

    Ordered an item, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Had excellent communication from the seller who informed me promptly.They did their very best to help. Contacting their supplier and suggesting an alternative for me. ( it was a very specific tartan i needed). A refund was organised within hours with no problem. Extremely helpful company, brilliant customer service..Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend, on customer service alone

    Exceptional ebayer. I ordered quite late on a Friday & although it said delivery possible by lunchtime Saturday I assumed it would arrive by Tuesday, knowing what our postal services can be like - which would have been fine. Imagine my surprise when it arrived by 11am the very next day. First Class service; item exactly as described. Can't thank, or recommend enough.
