  Ok deal. Seller went above and beyond to included a plastic tote to ship the items to me. Ok packaging, as described, only 1 picture and minimal description. Ok overall but could have been better. All items are woth the value even if slightly bent.

  seller is arrogant and had no clue that the items I was buying were sensitive electronic game pieces I have the messages to prove it. Items were stuffed into a tote and bent the portal base plates and other parts. I left positive feedback even tho it should have been neutral, seller also blocked me even tho I left positive feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. WHO PUTS ELECTRONIC ITEMS IN A BAG MAILER?!?!?!

  I initially was disappointed in this seller because part of my order was missing when it arrived. But my disappointment quickly turned to appreciation. When I messaged the seller to let them know what happened, they responded within minutes and had a tracking number for my missing part shortly thereafter. They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved. A+++++

  Wonderful seller to work with!! First UPS lost the package, but seller was able to get it tracked down. Once it finally arrived, despite it having been listed as "Tested & works", my Wii would not read the disc at all (there were a couple big scratches/scuffs on the disc). After contacting the seller, my full purchase was refunded right away without complications. Unfortunately I don't have a game to play - but I would use this seller again in the future. Thanks for all the help!!!

  I bought two of these items as they were at a good value. One of them was in perfect condition while the other arrived having issues. Reached out to the seller and they got back quickly and sent a replacement. When the replacement also didn’t work, I reached out and was able to return the broken one and the replacement and got my refund for one of the items very quickly. Would recommend and buy from this seller again!

  While there were initially issues regarding QC at the time of product arrival; this seller went above and beyond afterward to communicate with me and reach a solution that we are both pleased with.
