  We purchased this item from this seller and thought it was a authentic loungefly bag only to get it and realize it was a FAKE! We contacted the seller and made them aware of this and they told us that they were sorry and that they would refund the money. After numerous messages to the seller about the refund we still have not gotten a refund and they have ignored our messages. I would NOT recommend buying from this seller as they are selling FAKE products!
