  The reel was as described and pictured. Communication was good. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. What was unexpectedly great, however, was this seller's personal touch. The item wasn't just packaged well, but with touches that made me feel like the seller cared about me as a person. I feel the urge to say "Thanks Mom!" even though we aren't related.

  Wonderful seller. Answered my questions immediately. Items were expertly packed and shipped the next day. Photos of the items did not do them justice, they are much more beautiful and elegant. I will put this seller on my list of favorites.

  This is a seller that goes above & beyond! After ordering I received a personal message thanking me for my order, the item was immediately shipped & arrived quickly, very well packed with a cute note attached. I certainly appreciate such care & effort! My antique soap dish is as lovely as I had hoped & I thought it was very reasonably priced.

  This might be the best non-retail transaction I’ve ever had. She had it in the mail in under 24 hours, wrote a sweet thank you note, wrapped it in Christmas tissue paper without knowing if it was a gift or not, and the thing I bought is in perfect condition with perfect packaging and the price was beyond reasonable. She could’ve made more money off it and she didn’t, what a rare act of unselfishness. Exceptional seller!!

  Best eBay experience I’ve ever had. Jenn clearly is serious about making sure her buyers are happy. I think my item was marked as shipped about an hour (!) after I made the purchase. She sent a nice message letting me know about the shipping status. When the package arrived it had a couple of fun stickers on the box along with a note of thanks. Inside the item was wrapped in colored tissue with a handwritten note from Jenn wishing me a good day, and another sticker. THIS, for a $14 sale. Wow.
