  The description states 39 inches long, it is only 32 inches false advertisement. Started a return, received label, and mailed the item back. Received a partial refund. If this description was correct I would never have placed the order. I'm losing money but should get a full refund and they get the item back to sell again. They sent a message that I can keep the item after it was mailed. FULL REFUND NEEDED!!!!

  The item was shipped promptly with the correct shipping tracking information. The item was packaged adequately with padding and buffers to protect the contents. The package arrived within the reasonable prescribed shipment times. Upon opening the package, the contents were just as described as in the auction. This transaction was a great sale, and the seller is a reliable Merchant.
