    Item arrived and was sold just as advertised. Very fast dispatch and delivery. Only downside was the lack of tracking information. Was informed by Royal Mail yesterday, (Friday) that my parcel would be delivered on Monday and they supplied a 4hour time slot. Guess what? It was delivered today (Saturday) but they did send me an email to say it had been delivered. Very happy with the seller and the item, but puzzled by Royal Mail.

    Most wonderful company. The tanks are very well made and come wrapped so in perfect condition. Connection kit gives lots of options. After ordering I was offered a complete refund as they didn't have any stock left of the tank I wanted. Waited for a few days and on the day new stock arrived from Poland it was shipped to me overnight, so had it by 10 am the next day. Good looking products and unbeatable value, will continue to use them in the future.

    It is not often that a seller on EBay is able to turn a negative into a positive but this one has. Sadly my order was damaged in delivery, due to the contents this was dangerous and so both the delivery company and the seller acted proactively to resolve the situation. I was offered a replacement or a full refund. I choose a full refund and received the funds swiftly. If I had chosen the replacement they would have expedited the delivery process. Top Quality service, great added value.

    Exactly as described. Seller was a good communicator. Courier company beyond useless! Time taken from postage to delivery was unbelievable! 16 days!

    The quality, condition and overall appearance were exactly as listed. It was delivered well packed if very late, and according to the sellers tracking the courier didn't actually receive it for about a week!!!! IN ANY EVENT IT WAS VERY LATE. The price was reasonable.

    Item is as described and secure packaging used. The address label on the package was not waterproof and the rain had smeared the ink but the lettering was still readable. Disappointed with the courier here - he just left the package at the wrong address (down the street) and marked the delivery as "delivered". Of course I was curious when I saw this notification and went to search for it. I imagine it would have been a difficult time trying to explain this to the seller had I not found it.
