    Sadly, the saddle needed to be returned because it didn’t fit my horse, but this seller was awesome throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from her again. Highly recommend. Customer service and communication were top notch. The shipping ended up being delayed a bit but seller reached out to keep me informed along the way. Great transaction.

    This was delayed as the vendor was all out of this specific bag - but juliesjewels moved heaven and earth to find another one. She did, it just took a while. The tote arrived today, and it's gorgeous! Even the packaging is a cut above. Well worth the wait! Thanks so incredibly much!
