  The seller was awesome. The item had an incorrect address on the shipping label, and when I discovered it was stuck in a nearby PO and about to be sent back, I contacted the seller. Within hours he had another one boxed up and shipped to me, even before the original one made it back to him. That is what I call service!!!! BTW, the item as as described, new and in perfect condition. The packaging was top notch. Good job!

  Extremely happy with purchase. The ad for the Chicago South Shore passenger car shell described the piece very well, and the pictures were extremely helpful to show the condition. I appreciate the combined shipping for the shells, and each was carefully wrapped and packaged very well in the shipping box. Fast shipping, and great communication.   Shipped immediately, with combined shipping and excess refunded, and arrived several days ahead of schedule (ebay International Shipping). Unfortunately, unlike my previous order which was shipped in a box, the packaging for this item (a padded envelope) failed to prevent this item from receiving some impact damage to the top of the spine (mechanical sorting machines are very rough!). However, otherwise, it is exactly as described.
