    Outstanding customer service. I was actually sent the wrong item so I contacted them. No arguments, no fussing over returns, no backflips necessary whatsoever to facilitate a correction. They simply took accountability, apologized, and sent out the item I actually ordered. they didn’t even ask for the original item back, that was sent in error. I Highly recommend doing business with this company. They are top notch. Furthermore, the products they sell are very well made.

    Power supply as advertised and shipped promptly and carefully. Product works great but was not going to match my setup. Seller very responsive and allowed me to return less shipping. Very good experience with this seller. Will keep in mind for future purchases for my RC hobby.

    I was having a hard time finding an adapter to use for charging Traxxas TRX4M batteries using a decent charger instead of the piece of junk usb ones that shop with the truck. I reached out to JTRC and asked if he had anything like it, and he said did! Good quality work on the soldering and sealing, great communication, shipped fast, A++ I saved this sellers shop for similar needs in the future.

    Seller was mega helpful and answered my questions prior to me making my order. The connections were quality and cabling is top notch. Everything arrived in brand new condition. Great value for the money spent. I definitely would not hesitate to purchase other connectors from this seller.
