  Order was well packaged and promptly shipped. The Item was defective unfortunately. There was no way the seller could have known this before shipping. Seller was very understanding and refunded our purchase price. We were satisfied with the resolution.

  Item is in great, like-new condition and was a very reasonable price. I was a little disappointed that the seller took 5 days to actually get it in the mailstream,, because I was anxious to get it. But other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase and with the seller.

  Thank you for your positive review. I'm not sure what you mean by 5 days. The item was purchased Saturday, Jul 26th, label was created July 27th, and the item was dropped off on Monday, July 28th. I even shipped this item early, as my fulfillment policy is 2 business days. I can't be held responsible for the time it actually takes to arrive due to the post office routes.

  I did give a 5-star review, but I apologize for having mentioned the 5 days that the item seemed to have taken to get into the mailstream. I had ordered it July 26th. I watched each day for a tracking update, and other than the printing of the label on July 27th, it didn't receive its first USPS scan until July 31st. Normally when an item is mailed, it receives a scan by the USPS that it is in their possession. They must not have performed their acceptance scan. I'm sorry. All is good.
