  Item was exactly as described and seller confirmed I had ordered what I needed and offered to send a sizing kit in advance to be completely certain, which was much appreciated! I didn’t need the sizing kit as I downsized from my Oura old ring. Shipping cost seemed a little high based on how long it took to receive - but seller shipped it extremely securely and quickly and it’s hard to base that on seller - it’s more of an issue with FedEx.

  Packaged with care, arrived quickly, good price point, brand new in the package too bad it wouldn't connect with my phone. Unfortunately this seller doesn't take returns so I had to get eBay involved and after much communication with the seller restarting/ uninstalling the app...it still wouldn't connect. I sent the watch back and a refund was issued. Moral: make sure your seller takes returns 👍🏼

  Seller was excellent! They shipped super quick, unfortunately USPS was the problem because they were so slow. But the seller packed everything extremely well with extra protection. Would absolutely recommend buying from them. Their communication was excellent and prompt. I reached out to them a few times worried about USPS losing the package (they didn’t it was just super late).

  The item was as described, the box was sealed. My husband could not get one earbud to work. The seller was great, they sent me a mailing label and refunded my money. I would buy from this seller again.

  Thank you for your positive feedback which is true regarding the seller. we received your item, it is clearly used and old with wax in the earbuds and rust by the charging port, we will be surprised if any of the earbuds work, we do not appreciate your dishonesty and bad business, this is where eBay needs to step up in their game, it is buyers like this who make eBay a bad place to do business. This buyer is banned from our store indefinitely. SELLERS BE AWARE.
