    Perfect. Everything about this transaction is exemplary and how it should be from sale to delivery. Postage was quick, the item’s packaging ensured it arrived safe and secure. The item was just as described in pristine condition. Comms were fantastic, friendly and ensured I was informed and kept up to date. Great value for money too! A highly recommended seller, added to my favourites list and will buy from again with 100% confidence.

    Purchased 4 new Dragon models at reasonable prices. Swiftly dispatched, well packed and arrived safely - but 1 was missing from the order. However, the seller explained the mistake/problem and resolved the issue quickly with a refund. Hence recommended seller - mistakes are gonna occur at times but the proof of the pudding is how quickly the seller resolves them, and in this respect I can't complain.

    The postage was paid at 24hr tracked, however the Royal Mail delivered as a 48hr tracked. The packaging was very good and protected the case well. Great value for money and described perfectly. 5* seller, will use again.

    Model was advertised as new in box - received as described, new in a mint unopened box. Packaging was very good sufficiently padding the model's box on all its sides, which BH luckily prevented a tear from reaching the box and cause damage. Very satisfied with transaction and would happily buy again and definitely recommend seller. Thank you ! Roy
