    Pick error quickly recognised after despatch by seller and I was informed immediately of the error. Full refund or delivery of correct item was offered. I chose the latter and the communication to ensure free return and replacement was delivered, was exemplary. Great service with a personal touch was much appreciated and so would recommend this seller.

    Parcel was very well protected in strong quality wrapping. Advices were received from Royal Mail re progress of delivery. I would not be in on their suggested date of delivery and so requested and agreed the delivery the day after. Royal Mail however delivered on the original date leaving it in the greenhouse up the rear garden indicating such on a card left in my post This was not my requested safeplace. Access to the greenhouse was difficult for me. I eventually retrieved it on my return home.

    5* Seller. Had a hiccup with delivery that was not the seller's fault. Contacted their Customer Service and had a virtually instant reply and action to my message resolving a problem not of their making. Will certainly recommend and buy again from this seller
