  didn't receive item, was told by seller that I didn't pay for tracking which there was nothing to say that you had to pay for tracking and was told to download link they sent and for me to do it myself. I didn't appreciate this at all as it wasn't what I paid for. Got Ebay involved and got my money back. Not happy with this service from the seller themselves. Hope nobody else gets burnt by these people like I did.

  Sorry your item was lost by Australian Post. What I said was, you had chosen just airmail delivery for which there is no tracking for you.I sent you the download link as a favour you asked for.

  I ordered 4 packets of kangkong and the seller sent one of the packets sealed and completely empty. And another packet not sealed at all and the seeds fell all over my floor when I opened the envelope. The seller was also very dismissive and rude when I messaged worried they had been lost in the post. They took 9 days to arrive which is not normal even for 2nd class post.

  UPDATE: Seller falsely claims a replacement was sent - it was not. Seller refused to send replacement. Ebay had to step in and issue a full refund
