  I received the lantern on time and it was packed well. It arrived without damage. The lantern was exactly as pictured and was such a good deal. My communication with the seller was great. He responded quickly and even gave me a heads up that he had another one to sell. He said that he would message me when he posted it. He did just that and I was able to get them both!! I really appreciate that. Thanks so much.

  Fast shipping!! Excellent packaging!! Great price and as described!! The USPS has to do shipping along some kind of size rule!! I had a package smaller than this one that got sent by boat so it took almost a month to get to me!! There is no reasoning to the way they determine how certain packages are shipped!!

  The candleholder is just as described and just beautiful. The shipping was very quick and the packaging was a level 10 on a scale of 1-5! I had never seen the corner reinforced by styrofoam corners. For a porcelain item, this is a great idea! The item itself was just fabulous. I believe I made a wonderful purchase for this price! When Christmas arrives my home will be beautiful! I have favorited this seller so I can add to my decor! Thank you so much!

  Great communication with seller. There was a hiccup in shipping, but the overall transaction was handled. I contacted seller who investigated on her end (no fault of the seller with the postal message I received either) a wrong address was found, an honest & easy mistake. The seller was forthcoming, gracious and kind. It was easier to issue a refund which I accepted happily. Everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller at all!

  The items, which arrived quickly, were securely packaged. The seller placed the dresses in zip lock bag and put them in a zippered, lined plastic cosmetic bag which was inserted in a plastic mailer. The dresses are as described and photographed. The seller did an excellent job of showcasing each dress (front, back, and side) on a dress form. She also sent me more photographs of one dress. The dresses fit my Reproduction Wedding Day Barbie nicely. I especially like the pink, sleeveless gown.
