  I’ve contacted the seller concerning how my item arrived…very poorly packaged and smashed. I included pictures. (Not the fault of the delivery service.) They responded to the first message “Thank you for letting me know.” Then ghosted me. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review of anyone and I’ve given them over a month to refund my money. I will not order from this seller again. It’s a shame because it was a nice item I really wanted.
