  After several problems caused by USPS who actually lost the shipment, the seller tried to help us locate the item. We and the seller were told that USPS had no idea where the shipment was.Upon verifying with USPS that they (USPS) indeed did lose the shipment, the seller immediately issued a full refund. All is well now and we would definitely buy from this seller again.
