  I have not evaluated the stone yet so ratings are based on eBay specified categories, not product quality. Stone arrived well packaged. Stone required sealing and lapping upon arrival. It was smaller than anticipated due to smaller size of model's hand in final photo. I was unaware of hand size. Considering the size of the stone and the price paid, I think the stone should have been sealed and lapped prior to shipping. I can say that the seller responded promptly to questions presented.

  Seller was communicative and sent my package out with DHL who was definitely on top of it -- they let me know it would arrive a day earlier than expected and if I wanted someone to sign for it or if leaving it by the front door would do. Item arrived fast, as described, super well packaged, and cute as all heck! Awesome seller, will definitely buy from again 3

  Shipping and service were great. Seller was very engaging during shipping phase. I’m unsure if the toaster was damaged during transit despite being well padded because it seems to choose its own level of toasting regardless of what you input. Also, the spatula was not included with the order - which isn’t the end of the world, but would have been nice. That said, the price was right, so I’m not too surprised. (Yes, I’m using a power converter)
