  Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, thank you for the services provided to me. I recently ordered the Therapy Hot Rocks Massage Stone set, which looked very good upon arrival. However, unfortunately, when I opened the package, I noticed that two of the stones were damaged. They are broken and therefore unusable. Please advise me on how to proceed with this claim.   Love these storage units! Item was well packaged, box arrived in rough shape but everything inside was safe.
